Context
Christmas campaign
As Christmas preparation in the Philippines starts as early as September, NÉSTLE wanted to tap into that unique Filipino custom through seasonal (or evergreen, if open-minded) desserts infused with NÉSTLE All Purpose Cream.
All photos are supplements to a recipes article published by lifestyle and culture brand Nolisoli.ph.

The work
Recipe: Photography and styling fundaments, online team communication, and baking skills discovery
On the whole, the production spanned 2-3 weeks. First, I bought ingredients, and collected props—a mix-and-match process of jars, sauce bowls, plates, cutlery, trays and cloths—sourced from local stores or provided by the Group Publisher.
Once the direction was approved by both INQUIRER and Nestlé teams online, I then baked all four desserts on the night prior to the day of the shoot.
The moment the in-house shoot equipment arrived to my doorstep, I began styling the mini sets, communicating within the group chat (teams from Marketing, Sales, Editorial, the Group Publisher, and Creative Director).
A montage: select shots being sent across for checking and approval, the lighting angle adjusted and readjusted per composition, more sending, more checking, until the shoot ended at around quarter to eight.

Tablea sauce. Like other shots, this photo showcases the honey-like pour of the sauce into the jar, perfect for sandwiches. As pictured, the Filipino cocoa tablets and a spoonful of NESCAFÉ Classic make up the sauce.

Tablea mousse. For this shot, the NÉSTLE team wanted to ensure there stiff peak to convey its fluffy-creamy texture. I included a white table cloth to mirror the all-purpose cream.
